Using the SASB materiality map as a starting point, we have identified 1) greenhouse gas emissions, 2) product quality and assurance, 3) employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and 4) supply chain management as our materiality through a multifaceted approach that included interviews at the business unit level, engagement with investors, and analysis of reports by ESG assessment organizations.
We plan to set goals and KPIs for each materiality and study specific initiatives in the future.
